The master of sugar flowers and wedding cakes, Ron Ben-Israel will return to Custom Cakes Oct. 25(Sat.), 26(Sun.), & 27(Mon.), 2014 for 3 days of sugar orchids! That's right, a class devoted to orchids, in sugar, of course.

This class will focus on Orchids, the flower choice of so many brides today. Ron will teach us his techniques for creating beautiful, life -like Cattleya, Cymbidium, Phalaenopsis (Moth orchids), dendrobium, and Oncidium (Dancing Lady) orchids.

Students will be using cutters specifically designed by Ron for this class and not available anywhere else.

*Class will be taught in English.  No translation available.
